Timco Broaching Cutter, M2 HSS Steel, 20 x 50mm
High-performance Timco broaching cutter with TiAIN coating, ideal for heavy drilling in non-alloy metals.
The Timco Broaching Cutter is manufactured from high-grade M2 tool steel, making it ideal for drilling heavy gauge non-alloy materials, particularly with magnetic drills. To ensure precise operation, a pilot rod must be used to prevent drifting during application.
Key Features:
- Titanium-Aluminium-Nitride (TiAIN) coating – Offers 20% less friction and 20% greater hardness compared to Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating, ensuring a long service life.
- High-grade M2 HSS (High Speed Steel) body – Provides durability and resistance to wear.
- Includes pilot pin – Supplied complete for stability during drilling.
- Available in short (30mm) and long (50mm) cutting depths – Allows versatility for different applications.
Precision and Durability:
Designed for professional use, this broaching cutter guarantees smooth and efficient cutting in demanding environments. The low-friction TiAIN coating enhances performance, while the rigid M2 HSS construction ensures reliability under heavy machining conditions.
