Timco Pair of Straight Band & Hook Hinges, Black, 400mm (2-Pack)
Durable Timco band & hook hinges (400mm, 2-pack), ideal for gates, doors & heavy-duty use. Carbon steel with epoxy black finish.
The Timco Pair of Straight Band & Hook Hinges offers a robust solution for hanging doors and gates in front of frames or posts. Made from durable carbon steel with a tough epoxy black finish, these hinges are perfect for heavy-weight, high-use applications such as domestic gates, agricultural buildings, garages, and stables.
One key feature of these hinges is their adaptability; depending on the weight distribution of your gate, you can mount the top or bottom pin upside down to prevent unwanted removal. For best results with doors or gates over 2130mm (7ft) in height, we recommend using a third hinge to prevent warping. Each pack includes all necessary fixings for easy installation.
Key Features:
- Strong & Durable: Made from carbon steel with an epoxy black finish for resistance to wear and corrosion.
- Versatile Application: Suitable for heavy-duty use in both domestic and agricultural settings.
- Secure Fitting: Can be installed upside down to prevent gate removal.
- Optimal Performance: Recommended to use a third hinge for extra-tall gates to avoid warping.
With their sturdy construction and adaptable design, these hinges provide a reliable and long-lasting solution for gate and door installations.
