Timco Slash Point Screws, Hex Head, Zinc-Coated, EPDM Washer, 6.3 x 25mm (100pk
Zinc-coated slash point screws with EPDM washer (6.3x25mm, 100pk). Corrosion-resistant for outdoor timber & metal fixings.
The Timco Slash Point Screws are designed for attaching sheet metal (up to 0.8mm thick) to timber, making them an essential fastening solution for outdoor and construction applications. The EPDM washer provides a watertight seal, preventing water ingress and offering superior protection against moisture damage.
These screws feature a single slash point, which reduces torque during installation and minimises the risk of timber splitting, especially at low edge distances. This design ensures smoother and safer application while maintaining the structural integrity of the wood.
With a zinc exterior plating, these screws deliver excellent corrosion resistance, capable of withstanding over 1,000 hours of salt spray testing, making them ideal for marine and coastal environments. The case & core hardened carbon steel construction ensures durability and high performance under load.
