Premium zinc-plated woodscrews for timber & chipboard. Double countersunk, Pozi drive, 70mm thread length. Pack of 100.
The Timco Solo Chipboard & Woodscrews are high-quality fasteners designed for use in timber, chipboard, and other man-made boards. They can also be used in masonry when paired with a plastic plug, making them versatile for a range of DIY and construction applications.
These screws feature a double countersunk head, which reduces the chances of head shear and ensures a flush finish. Additionally, they are wax lubricated to facilitate smoother insertion, enhance driving torque, and improve resistance to corrosion. The 40° deep single thread provides a secure fixing with excellent pull-out resistance, while the 25° sharp point ensures quick starting and superior thread engagement.
For convenience, screws up to 75mm are fully threaded, while longer screws (80mm and above) have a 70mm thread length, offering strong hold and stability. These screws are ideal for carpentry, joinery, and general woodworking tasks.
