Timco Straight Hook & Band Hinges, Black, 450mm, Pair
Durable Timco carbon steel hinges (450mm) for heavy doors/gates. Epoxy black finish, includes fixings. Prevents warping.
The Timco Straight Hook & Band Hinges are designed for heavy-duty applications, providing robust support for doors and gates hung in front of a frame or post. Manufactured from durable carbon steel with a protective epoxy black finish, these hinges ensure longevity and resistance to wear, even in demanding environments. Their straight pattern design makes them a versatile choice for both domestic and agricultural settings.
These hinges are particularly well-suited for heavy-weight, high-use doors, gates, garages, and stables. A key safety feature allows the top or bottom pin to be mounted upside down, preventing accidental removal of the gate, depending on the weight distribution. For straight stability, doors or gates exceeding 2130mm (7ft) in height are recommended to be fitted with a third hinge to prevent warping—fixings are included for easy installation.
