Timco Twin-Thread Woodscrews, PZ Double Countersunk, Zinc (6 x 3/4in, 620pc)
High-quality Timco twin-thread woodscrews with zinc coating. Fast insertion, durable carbon steel. Ideal for timber & masonry.
The Timco Twin-Thread Woodscrews feature a traditional twin-thread design with a single lead start for fast and easy installation. Ideal for soft timber applications or masonry when used with plastic plugs, these screws ensure secure and durable fastening. The double countersunk head minimises the risk of head shear and aids in completing countersinking for a flush finish.
Crafted from C10-18 carbon steel, these woodscrews guarantee consistent quality and performance. The 60° twin-threads with a parallel shank allow for quicker insertion and superior pull-out resistance, making them an excellent choice for demanding applications.
Key Features:
- Surface Hardened (750 HV) – Prevents torque shearing under heavy loads.
- Core Hardness (450 HV) – Enhances ductility for improved durability.
- 25° Sharp Point & Single Lead – Ensures quick start-up and better thread grip.
- Partially Threaded (Sizes 1 1/4in and above) – Provides precise fastening capabilities.
These screws come with a zinc finish for added corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity even in varied conditions. The Pozidrive (PZ2) recess ensures a secure fit with compatible screwdrivers, reducing slippage during installation.
