Timco Ziel-Plast ETX-M Insulation Fixings 8.0 x 175mm (100 Pack)
High-performance insulation fixings for ETICS—steel pin with plastic insulator to prevent thermal bridges. CE certified, quick installation.
The Timco Ziel-Plast ETX-M Insulation Fixings are advanced hammer-in fixings designed for securing external thermal insulation systems (ETICS) to concrete and masonry substrates. These high-performance fixings feature a steel pin with a plastic insulator, effectively preventing thermal bridging while ensuring a secure hold.
Key benefits include:
- Steel Pin with Plastic Insulator: Minimises heat transfer and eliminates thermal bridges, improving energy efficiency.
- Quick Installation: Designed with shorter anchoring zones (25mm & 45mm) to reduce installation time significantly.
- Compatibility: Works seamlessly with the TDW110 Insulation Fixing Washer for easier installation on softer materials such as insulation wool.
- Certified Quality: CE approved to Regulation (EU) 305/2011 and third-party tested (ETA-23/0351), ensuring reliability and compliance with industry standards.
Ideal for facade insulation systems and External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS), these fixings provide a robust solution for construction and renovation projects. The polypropylene sleeve and galvanised steel pin ensure durability and resistance to weathering, making them suitable for long-term outdoor use.
