Timco Ziel-Plast ETX-M Insulation Fixings 8.0 x 275mm (100 Pcs)
High-quality Ziel-Plast ETX-M insulation fixings for ETICS. Steel pin with PP sleeve, CE approved. Ideal for concrete, brick & block.
The Timco Ziel-Plast ETX-M Insulation Fixings are advanced hammer-in fixings designed for securing external thermal insulation (ETICS) to concrete and masonry. Featuring a galvanised steel pin and an impact-resistant polypropylene (PP) sleeve, these fixings prevent thermal bridging, ensuring efficient insulation performance.
Key Benefits:
- Quick Installation: Designed with shorter anchoring zones (25mm & 45mm), reducing installation time significantly.
- Thermal Bridge Prevention: The steel pin combined with a plastic insulator minimises heat transfer through the fixing.
- Compatibility: Works seamlessly with TDW110 Insulation Fixing Washers, making it ideal for softer insulation materials like wool.
- Quality Assurance: CE approved to Regulation (EU) 305/2011 and third-party tested (ETA-23/0351), guaranteeing reliability.
Applications:
Ideal for facade insulation systems, particularly External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS), these fixings provide a secure and durable solution for insulation attachment across various substrates including concrete, brick, and blockwork.
