This bearing-guided cutter excels in both straight and curved work, with the bearings fractionally larger than the cutter diameter to prevent surface scoring. A 3mm overlap is recommended before copy profiling to achieve optimal results. When working with laminate, ensure adhesive is fully dry before trimming to prevent clogging the guide bearing.
