Cut clean, precise 25mm holes in 16 gauge metal with Q.Max's durable sheet metal punch. Heat-treated, rust-resistant design.
The Q.Max 25mm Sheet Metal Punch is designed for quick and easy cutting of clean, metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its special design ensures even load distribution during cutting, resulting in burr-free holes that require no additional finishing.
Featuring heat-treated cutting edges and a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch prevents rusting and provides long-lasting durability. Please note that the hexagonal key is not included and must be ordered separately.
How to Use
Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw and pass the screw through the hole. Position the die on top of the die nut and screw the die nut onto the projecting hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet. Use an 8mm hexagonal key to turn the screw, pulling the punch through the metal to create a perfect hole.
Note: These instructions apply to cutters up to 15mm in size. For cutters 15mm and larger, the configuration differs, with fewer components—the thread is in the punch itself, eliminating the need for a die nut.
