Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch, 22.5mm - 16 Gauge

The Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch (22.5mm) is a precision tool designed for cutting clean, metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge thickness. Its unique design ensures even load distribution during cutting, producing a burr-free hole that requires no additional finishing.

Crafted with heat-treated cutting edges, this punch boasts a black anti-corrosive surface finish to prevent rust and enhance durability. While the punch is sold singly (key not included), it can be paired with an MB 8mm hexagonal wrench for optimal operation.

How to Use

1. Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw.
2. Pass the screw through the pre-drilled hole in the sheet metal.
3. Position the die on top of the die nut.
4. Screw the die nut onto the projecting hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet.
5. Use an 8mm hexagonal wrench to turn the screw, pulling the punch through the metal and creating a clean hole.

• Note:* For cutters 15mm and larger, the thread is integrated into the punch, eliminating the need for a die nut.
