The Q.Max 10mm Sheet Metal Punch provides a quick and efficient method for cutting clean, metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its special design ensures an even load during cutting, producing a burr-free hole that requires no additional finishing, saving you time and effort.

Featuring heat-treated cutting edges with a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch is designed to resist rust and prolong tool life, making it a durable addition to your toolkit. Please note that the hexagonal key is not included and must be ordered separately.

How to Use:

• Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw.
• Pass the hexagonal screw through the hole in your workpiece.
• Position the die on top of the die nut.
• Screw the die nut onto the hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet.
• Use a 5mm hexagonal key to turn the screw, pulling the punch through the metal to create a clean hole.

Note: This procedure applies to punch sizes up to 15mm. For punches 15mm and larger, the configuration changes—the thread is integrated into the punch itself, eliminating the need for a die nut.
