Q.Max 12.7mm Sheet Metal Punch

The Q.Max 12.7mm Sheet Metal Punch is a precision tool designed for effortlessly cutting clean, metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its unique design ensures even load distribution during cutting, resulting in a burr-free hole that requires no additional finishing—saving you time and effort.

Featuring heat-treated cutting edges and a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch is built to resist rusting and extend tool life. Each punch is sold individually without a hexagonal key, which must be ordered separately.

How to Use:

• Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw and pass the screw through the hole in the metal.
• Position the die on top of the die nut.
• Screw the die nut onto the projecting hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet.
• Use a 6mm hexagonal key to turn the screw, which pulls the punch through the metal, creating a clean hole.

Note: These instructions apply to cutters up to 15mm in size. Larger cutters (15mm and above) have a different configuration with fewer components and integrated threading in the punch itself.
