This woodstain is highly resistant to UV radiation, peeling, and cracking, ensuring long-lasting durability. It also offers protection against mould and algae growth, keeping your wood looking fresh and vibrant. The microporous and water-repellent properties of Cetol HLS Plus ensure that moisture is effectively managed, preventing damage from the elements.
Versatile Applications
- As a Finishing Coat: Ideal for exterior softwood and hardwood substrates, including cladding, fascias, soffits, rough sawn timber, and fencing.
- As a Base Stain: Absorbs readily into timber, providing a solid foundation for finishing coats such as Cetol Filter 7 Plus or Cetol THB Plus. Suitable for cladding, decking, and garden furniture.
Important Note: While Cetol HLS Plus is excellent as a base coat or for softwood finishing, it should not be used as a standalone finish for hardwood timbers.
