Timco Broaching Cutter - 16x30mm, M2 Steel, TiAlN Coated
High-grade M2 steel broaching cutter with TiAlN coating. 16mm diameter, 30mm cutting depth. Includes pilot pin.
The Timco Broaching Cutter is engineered for precision cutting in heavy-gauge non-alloy materials when used with magnetic drills. Manufactured from high-grade M2 tool steel, this cutter delivers exceptional durability and performance. Its Titanium-Aluminium-Nitride (TiAlN) coating enhances tool life by reducing friction by 20% and increasing hardness by 20% compared to standard Titanium Nitride (TiN) coatings.
Each cutter comes complete with a pilot pin to prevent drifting during operation, ensuring accurate and stable cutting. The short version offers a 30mm cutting depth, making it ideal for applications requiring precision in tighter spaces. For deeper cuts, Timco also offers a long version with a 50mm cutting depth.
