Timco M2 HSS Broaching Cutter, 32 x 30mm
High-grade M2 steel broaching cutter with TiAIN coating, ideal for heavy-duty drilling. Includes pilot pin.
The Timco M2 HSS Broaching Cutter is engineered for precision cutting in heavy gauge non-alloy materials, making it an essential tool for professionals requiring high durability and performance. Crafted from high-grade M2 tool steel, this cutter ensures resilience under demanding conditions, especially when used with magnetic drills. It comes complete with a pilot pin to prevent drifting during operation, ensuring accurate and controlled cuts.
One of the standout features is the Titanium-Aluminium-Nitride (TiAIN) coating, which significantly enhances the cutter's lifespan. This advanced coating reduces friction by 20% and increases hardness by 20% compared to traditional Titanium Nitride (TiN) coatings. The result is a tool that maintains its cutting edge longer, even in rigorous applications.
Design and Specifications
This broaching cutter is available in short (30mm cutting depth) and long (50mm cutting depth) variants, providing flexibility for various project requirements.
