The Timco Throughbolts provide a high-strength, torque-controlled through fixing solution for anchoring applications in solid materials like concrete. These zinc-plated throughbolts come complete with a hex full nut and washer for secure fastening.
Key features include a chamfered head design to protect the thread during installation and a special expansion clip for rapid, efficient fitting. Manufactured from cold-formed carbon steel (grade 5.8) with a zinc plating and passivation (3-5 microns), these bolts offer excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
Installation Tip: If no torque wrench is available, simply tighten the nut 3 to 4 full turns from finger tight to achieve optimal clamping force.
