Featuring Hydro Pliolite® resin, this primer ensures unparalleled adhesion to challenging surfaces such as glossy finishes, ceramic tiles, galvanised metal, vinyl, hardboard, melamine, varnish, plastic, GRP, PVCu, wood, and masonry. Its rust-inhibitive properties make it ideal for new metal surfaces, preventing flash rusting during application and providing lasting rust resistance. The primer dries to a smooth, water-resistant film, making it suitable for iron railings, steel doors, ductwork, and galvanised gutters.

Additionally, Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus is mould and mildew-resistant, perfect for high-humidity areas like bathrooms and laundry rooms.
