CAMDENBOSS IP54 ABS Enclosure with Recessed Lid, 117.5x72.5x25.5mm

The CAMDENBOSS IP54 ABS Enclosure with Recessed Lid is a robust and versatile solution for handheld electronic applications. Moulded in UL94 5VA flame retardant ABS, this enclosure offers excellent protection while meeting stringent fire safety standards.

The case is secured by four self-tapping screws, ensuring a stable and durable assembly. It features a removable end panel for easy access and machining, with an ABS end panel version as standard, while an infra-red end panel is available to order. A dedicated battery compartment fits a 9V PP3 battery, with included battery contacts and strap for secure power supply.

For applications not requiring a battery, a plain / no battery compartment version can be ordered. The smooth recessed lid is optimised for membrane keypads or overlays, while PCB pillars moulded in the lid and base enhance structural integrity. A recess in the base allows for product label placement, and rubber silicone boots include a belt strap mount for added convenience.
