Dialight Circuit Board Indicator LED, Yellow, Through Hole, T-1 3mm, 1.6 mcd

Dialight Circuit Board Indicator LED is a yellow 3 mm T-1 through hole indicator with a luminous intensity of 1.6 mcd, designed for status indication and system diagnostics on printed circuit boards.

Overview

This low-current LED component is designed for demanding electronic applications. Its 3 mm T-1 form factor provides a clear visual status signal, with a standard 60° viewing angle that keeps the signal easily discernible from various positions.

Key Features

• Low forward current of 2 mA for energy-efficient operation in power-sensitive circuits
• Yellow indicator with a luminous intensity of 1.6 mcd and a 60° viewing angle
• Black housing rated UL94V-0 for flame retardancy, with a 31.5% Oxygen Index
• Integrated housing stand-offs that facilitate PCB cleaning after soldering and help prevent flux contamination
• Solderability to MIL-STD-202F, method 208F
• Through hole mounting for a secure connection to printed circuit boards
• Compatible with industry-standard mounting blocks such as the 551-xx07-004 QuadBlock

Mounting and Handling

The through hole design supports a secure connection to printed circuit boards. The integrated stand-offs allow the board to be cleaned after soldering. This indicator is an ESD-sensitive device, so appropriate handling precautions should be observed during installation to prevent damage.

Physical Dimensions

The indicator measures 3.3 (width), 1.5 (depth) and 4.3 (height), with a weight of 0.34 gm.

The Dialight Circuit Board Indicator LED combines technical precision, a robust black housing and compliance with high-reliability standards, making it a practical choice for status indication in electronic designs.
