Dormer A002 HSS-TiN Coated Jobber Drill Bit, 11.0mm, 133mm
Dormer A002 HSS-TiN coated drill bit (11mm, 133mm) for precise, high-speed metal drilling with reduced wear.
The Dormer A002 Metric HSS-TiN Coated Jobber Drill Bit is designed for precise, high-performance drilling. Featuring a pointed web and fluted tip design, this bit ensures efficient cutting with reduced axial force while maintaining accurate centring. The optimised web design enhances strength and rigidity, improving feed performance during drilling operations. The flutes are engineered for efficient chip formation and evacuation, ensuring smooth and precise drilling results.
Each bit includes visible tool in-situ markings for easy identification, and the optimised helix angle provides superior stiffness across its diameter range. The bright body improves cutting performance on ductile materials, while the Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating offers excellent resistance to flank and crater wear. This low-friction coating also enables higher cutting speeds, extending tool life and performance.
Ideal for professionals requiring precision and durability in their work, the Dormer A002 delivers consistent, clean holes with minimal effort. Supplied in a convenient pouch of 1, this drill bit is a reliable addition to any workshop or job site.
