Dormer Solid Carbide Bright Rotary Burr Ball 6.3x3mm
High-performance Dormer carbide rotary burr with 6.3mm ball nose. Ideal for precise machining & grinding. Hardened shank for durability.
The Dormer P807 Solid Carbide Bright Rotary Burr with ball nose geometry offers exceptional performance for skip flute grinding with increased strength at the centre. Its unique design reduces the chance of swarf congestion and improves cutting efficiency closer to the centre. This burr produces double cuts, making it an excellent first choice for general machining tasks.
The toughened and hardened steel shanks provide superior rigidity and strength, preventing bending and reducing vibrations to enhance tool life. Precision-ground to h6 (Carbide) and h7 (Steel) standards, it ensures excellent impact strength and can withstand high forces and temperatures without failing. Special brazing elements enhance braze strength, ensuring durability under heavy-duty applications.
