Dormer Solid Carbide Rotary Burr - Ball Nosed Cylinder 9.6x6mm
High-performance Dormer solid carbide rotary burr (9.6x6mm) for precise grinding, deburring & metal removal. Durable & vibration-resistant.
The Dormer P805 Solid Carbide Rotary Bright Burr features a ball nose geometry, designed for skip flute grinding and increased strength at the centre. Its unique design reduces swarf congestion while improving cutting action closer to the centre, ensuring smoother and more efficient machining. Ideal for general-purpose applications, it produces double cuts, enhancing metal removal rates while breaking swarf into manageable pieces.
Constructed with a toughened and hardened steel shank, this rotary burr provides superior rigidity and strength, minimising bending and vibration for extended tool life. Precision-ground to h6 (Carbide) and h7 (Steel) standards, it delivers excellent impact strength, making it highly resistant to high forces and extreme temperatures. The special brazing elements further enhance durability with outstanding braze strength.
