Everbuild Sika Everflex 450 Silicone Sealant, Grey, 300ml

The Everbuild Sika Everflex® 450 Builders Silicone Sealant is a premium low modulus, oxime cure RTV silicone sealant designed for professional and DIY use. It adheres effortlessly to both porous and non-porous surfaces without requiring a primer, making it versatile and convenient. Conforming to BS5889, this high-viscosity sealant offers excellent tooling properties and cures quickly to form a permanently flexible, waterproof, and high-strength seal.

One of its standout features is its low dirt pick-up, ensuring a cleaner appearance over time compared to conventional sealants. Once cured, it forms a tight, rubber-like seal that remains flexible, accommodating movement without cracking or losing adhesion. This makes it ideal for applications where durability and longevity are critical.

Applications

• Perimeter pointing: Suitable for use around PVCu, wood, and other window frames, both internally and externally.
• Expansion joint sealing: Perfect for weather sealing and joint sealing on pre-formed panels.
• Glazing and metal sealing: Works well for sealing soft metals like lead, copper, and zinc, as well as glass-to-glass and glass-to-aluminium applications.
• Roof weather sealing: Provides a reliable waterproof barrier for roofing applications.
• Draught proofing: Effective for sealing gaps to improve energy efficiency and reduce draughts, including over existing sealant.

Each tube contains 300ml of grey silicone sealant, ensuring ample coverage for multiple jobs.
