Everbuild Sika Tecnic Silicone 825 Brick Red 380ml
Durable neutral-curing silicone sealant for expansion joints and weather sealing. Brick red, 380ml.
The Everbuild Sika Tecnic Silicone 825 Brick Red is a high-performance, low modulus, neutral curing silicone sealant designed for durability and flexibility in various construction applications. Based on a filled alkoxy curing system, it provides extra tool downtime on longer joints, ensuring ease of application and precision.
This sealant is particularly suited for expansion joints on stone, brick, concrete, and composite panels. It is also ideal for perimeter pointing around window and door frames and weather sealing in most external applications. Additionally, it is used in construction and dilation joints where stress does not occur until fully cured, making it a reliable choice for long-term stability.
Certified to ISO 11600 F25LM and G25LM, this sealant meets stringent industry standards for performance and reliability. The brick red colour blends seamlessly with brickwork and masonry, providing a neat and professional finish.
