Its 1600W motor and optimised gearbox ensure high performance when cutting through a wide range of materials, including mild steel, aluminium, wood with embedded nails, plastic, copper, PVC, and more. When cutting mild steel, this saw delivers a clean, square, ready-to-weld cut with minimal heat, burrs, or sparks—far superior to abrasive cutting methods.
The saw features adjustable cutting depth and 0-45° bevel capabilities, providing flexibility for various cutting applications. Enhanced safety is ensured by an electric blade brake and a quick-closing blade guard (0.4 seconds), reducing exposure to the spinning blade. Additionally, a vacuum extraction port and channelled air flow help maintain visibility of the cutting line, while the integrated LED light improves workpiece visibility in low-light conditions.
This saw is compatible with Evolution ST1400 and ST2800 tracks (sold separately) and is designed to work with most leading brands of circular saw tracks, offering broad usability.
