Featuring recessed ribs, these screws offer improved countersinking and reduced surface dust, while their reinforced countersunk necks enhance holding power for a firmer fix. The patented drill and drive thread minimises timber splitting, reduces 'jacking' and spinning of joined timber, and increases pull-out resistance. A sharp-pointed tip ensures fast penetration, even capable of piercing 0.8mm steel.
These screws are protected by an Elementech 400 coating, an advanced anti-corrosion finish that lasts up to 6 times longer than standard zinc coatings. Environmentally friendly and Cr6+ free, this coating has been Salt Spray tested to 400 hours, making it ideal for demanding applications. Each box includes a TORX® compatible bit for convenience.
