ForgeFix Baypole Self-Drill Screws, Phillips Wafer Head, ZP, 4.8 x 70mm, Box of
High-quality zinc-plated self-drill screws with wafer head for secure fastening in PVCu and metal.
The ForgeFix Baypole Self-Drill Screws are designed for robust and durable joinery in PVCu sections, especially in bay windows. With their innovative wafer head, these screws distribute the load evenly under the screw head, similar to a washer, ensuring a firm and positive fixing. The Phillips head design prevents over-tightening by allowing the screwdriver to slip out when the torque becomes excessive, thus protecting the screw and the material.
These screws feature a self-drilling tip, eliminating the need for pilot holes and saving time during installation. The zinc plating provides superior corrosion resistance by forming a protective barrier against oxidation. If the barrier is compromised, the zinc acts as a sacrificial anode, further enhancing durability.
Key Features:
- Self-drilling tip for easy installation
