Technical Insights
Phosphate coatings provide excellent corrosion resistance and enhance the screw's ability to absorb supplementary coatings for improved appearance, durability, and abrasion resistance. Pozidriv screws outperform traditional Phillips screws by offering better torque application and reducing slippage when paired with the correct tooling. The coarse thread design ensures easy penetration into plasterboard and timber batons, holding them firmly in place.
