The 6 underhead lobes enhance countersinking while minimising surface dust, and the reinforced countersunk necks improve holding power for secure fastening.
With an anti-friction thread, these screws reduce timber splitting, minimise 'jacking' and spinning of joined timber, and enhance drawing strength. The serrated thread improves pull-out resistance while reducing insertion torque. The double cutting point speeds up drilling, reduces wood dust clogging, and can even pierce 0.8mm steel.
Protected by 'Elementech 400' coating, these screws resist corrosion up to 6 times longer than standard zinc coatings. This environmentally friendly coating is free from Cr6+ and has been salt spray tested for 400 hours. Ideal for interior use, these screws provide long-lasting durability and efficient fastening for woodworking projects.
