ForgeFix ForgeFast TORX® Wood Screws 6.0x100mm (Box of 100)
Premium ForgeFix wood screws with Torx drive and anti-corrosive coating. Box of 100 x 6.0x100mm screws with free bit.
The ForgeFix ForgeFast TORX® Wood Screws combine premium performance with innovative design features to deliver superior fastening solutions. These screws feature a universally accepted TORX® compatible drive, ensuring excellent torque transfer and reduced cam-out for reliable fastening every time.
Key to their performance are the recessed ribs which provide improved countersinking while minimising surface dust during installation. The reinforced countersunk necks significantly enhance holding power, creating more secure and durable fixings. A patented drill and drive thread design reduces timber splitting, prevents 'jacking' and spinning of joined timber, while improving pull-out resistance for a firmer fix.
Premium Protection
These screws feature the innovative 'Elementech 400' anti-corrosive coating, offering exceptional longevity - lasting up to 6 times longer than standard zinc coatings. This environmentally friendly coating (free from Cr6+) has been salt spray tested to 400 hours, ensuring reliable performance even in demanding conditions.
For added convenience, each box includes a complimentary TORX® compatible bit, allowing you to start your project immediately. The sharp screw points enable faster bite and can even pierce through 0.8mm steel when needed.
