ForgeFix Galvanised Clout Nails 40mm (500g Bag)
Secure roofing felt with ForgeFix 40mm galvanised clout nails. Corrosion-resistant, large-head design – 500g bag.
The ForgeFix Galvanised Clout Nails (40mm, 500g bag) are designed for robust roofing applications, featuring large heads that distribute load evenly, ensuring roofing felt stays securely in place and reducing the risk of tearing. These nails undergo galvanisation, providing superior resistance to corrosion, making them ideal for outdoor use in all weather conditions.
Key Features
- Large Head Design: Wide heads help secure roofing felt firmly, minimising the risk of tearing or loosening over time.
- Galvanised Coating: Zinc-coated for enhanced rust resistance, ensuring longevity even in damp environments.
- Durable Construction: Made from high-quality steel, delivering strength and reliability for roofing projects.
Applications
- Ideal for fitting roofing felt on shed roofs.
- Suitable for other similar roofing applications requiring secure fastening.
Galvanisation works by applying a protective zinc layer that acts as both a physical barrier against moisture and a sacrificial anode, preventing rust even if the coating is scratched or damaged. Each 500g bag contains a generous quantity of 40mm nails, making it a cost-effective solution for roofing projects.
With ForgeFix Galvanised Clout Nails, you can ensure a long-lasting, weather-resistant hold for any roofing installation.
