ForgeFix High Tensile Set Screw ZP M12 x 30mm (Pack of 5)
Grade 8.8 zinc-plated set screws (M12 x 30mm pack of 5), DIN 933 compliant, for corrosion-resistant fastening.
The ForgeFix High Tensile Set Screw ZP M12 x 30mm is constructed from grade 8.8 steel for superior strength and durability. Featuring a zinc-plated finish, these screws offer enhanced corrosion resistance, making them suitable for various demanding applications. Fully threaded in compliance with DIN 933 standards, they provide excellent grip and compatibility with multiple nut types and washers.
These high tensile set screws are ideal for fastening various materials or for use in pre-tapped holes. Zinc plating ensures long-lasting protection by forming a barrier against oxidation and acting as a sacrificial anode if damaged. The resulting zinc oxide layer, unlike rust, maintains the integrity of the metal beneath.
