ForgeFix Spring Washers M10 (Zinc Plated), Pack of 100
Zinc-plated M10 spring washers by ForgeFix (pack of 100). Prevents loosening under vibration. Ideal for engineering & machinery.
The ForgeFix Spring Washers M10 (Zinc Plated) are ring-shaped washers, split at one point and bent into a helix. This unique design ensures the washer exerts a spring force between the fastener's head and the base material, effectively preventing loosening due to movement or vibration. Bright zinc plating enhances corrosion resistance, making them durable for long-term use in various environments.
Designed for robustness, these washers are ideal for bolting applications where stability is critical. Their zinc coating forms a protective barrier against oxidation and acts as a sacrificial anode if damaged, ensuring the integrity of the fastener assembly remains uncompromised. Zinc oxide, which forms naturally over time, further shields the substrate from environmental wear.
