ForgeFix TechFast Composite Panels to Steel Hex Screws, 5.5x85mm, Box of 100
ForgeFix TechFast hex screws for composite panels - weatherproof, corrosion-resistant with EPDM washers. Self-drilling for steel frames.
The ForgeFix TechFast Composite Panels to Steel Hex Screws are specifically designed for securing composite panels to steel frame buildings. These high-performance screws feature 19mm EPDM washers that ensure a secure and weatherproof installation, protecting against water ingress and environmental damage.
Engineered with a unique compression control thread, these screws prevent damage and denting of panels during installation, ensuring a clean, professional finish every time. They also boast excellent fire and corrosion resistance due to their Elementech protective coating, which has been salt spray tested for up to 1000 hours, guaranteeing long-term durability even in harsh conditions.
These screws comply with all EU Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements, making them a reliable choice for commercial and industrial applications. The No. 3 drill tip allows for self-drilling in light gauge steel up to 5mm thick, eliminating the need for pre-drilling and saving valuable time during installation.
Ideal for securing composite panels in warehouses, industrial buildings, and agricultural structures where a robust and weather-resistant fix is essential.
