ForgeFix TechFast Composite to Steel Hex Screws 5.5 x 235mm (Box 50)
Corrosion-resistant, self-drilling hex screws with EPDM washers for steel-to-composite panel fastening. Box of 50.
The ForgeFix TechFast Composite Panels to Steel Hex Screws are engineered for securely fastening composite panels to steel frame buildings. Designed with a specialised compression control thread, these screws minimise panel damage and denting during installation. Fire and corrosion-resistant, they feature Elementech coating, tested to withstand 1000 hours of salt spray exposure for superior durability.
Each screw comes with a 19mm EPDM washer, ensuring a weatherproof seal and even pressure distribution. The self-drilling No.5 tip allows for quick installation in heavy-gauge steel (up to 12.5mm thick), eliminating the need for pre-drilling and speeding up construction workflows.
