ForgeFix TechFast Timber to Steel CSK/Wing Screws 5.5 x 50mm, Box of 100
ForgeFix TechFast CSK/Wing screws for timber-to-steel joining. Fire-resistant, TORX® compatible, box of 100.
The ForgeFix TechFast Timber to Steel CSK/Wing Screws are specially designed for joining timber to steel frame buildings, providing a secure and efficient fastening solution. These screws feature breakaway wings that create a clearance hole to protect the thread from engaging with timber while drilling through. The wings ream a hole and break off upon contact with the metal surface, allowing the thread to engage seamlessly with the metal.
Equipped with a TORX® compatible insert, these screws ensure higher power transmission for easier installation. The improved countersinking from recessed ribs enhances the overall performance, making them ideal for professional and DIY applications.
Fire and corrosion-resistant, these screws comply with EU Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements, ensuring reliable and safe use in various conditions.
