The ForgeFix Spectre™ Advanced Coach Screw offers superior performance, being three times faster to install than standard coach screws. Featuring a hex flange head and 60-degree deep single thread, these screws provide excellent holding power and quick installation.
The quick start Type 17 slash point eliminates the need for pre-drilling in most materials, though hardwoods may still require a pilot hole. Each screw has been surface hardened and coated with anti-corrosion Zinc Yellow (ZY), ensuring long-term durability even in demanding conditions.
A socket driver is included for easy installation. These screws are UKCA/CE approved for use in load-bearing timber construction, making them suitable for structural applications where strength and reliability are crucial.
