IDEC Momentary Push Button Switch Actuator, Metal, 22mm - Green

The IDEC YW4B-M1x Series push button switch actuator is a robust and reliable component designed for industrial and commercial control panels. Constructed from high-quality metal, it offers a tactile and responsive feel, ensuring precise operation every time. This momentary actuator is engineered to meet the demanding standards of modern automation and machinery, providing a durable interface for operator input.

Featuring a standard 22mm cut-out diameter, this actuator is perfectly compatible with a wide range of IDEC YW Series pushbutton switches. Its universal fit makes it an ideal choice for retrofitting existing panels or specifying in new builds where consistent componentry is key. The actuator’s design prioritises both functionality and safety, contributing to the overall integrity of the control system.

Key Features & Benefits

• Momentary Action: Provides a temporary electrical connection only while the button is depressed, returning to its default state when released. This is essential for start functions, signalling, and other intermittent controls.
• Metal Construction: The solid metal build ensures exceptional durability, resistance to wear, and a professional, high-quality finish that stands up to frequent use in harsh environments.
• IP65 Rating: The actuator, when used with a compatible switch body, helps achieve an IP65 rating, offering protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes it suitable for wash-down areas or outdoor applications.
• Industry Standard: As part of the widely recognised IDEC YW Series, this actuator guarantees compatibility and reliability, backed by a trusted brand in industrial components.

With its straightforward installation and dependable performance, the IDEC 22mm metal momentary actuator is a fundamental building block for creating intuitive and resilient human-machine interfaces.
