PRO-ELEC 12 Core CY Control Cable LSZH 50m - 1mm
PRO-ELEC 12-core screened control cable with 1mm² copper conductors and LSZH jacket. Flexible, 300/500V rated for machinery & production lines.
The PRO-ELEC 12 Core CY Control Cable is a screened, flexible cable engineered for precise and reliable connectivity in demanding industrial and commercial settings. Designed with Class 5 flexible plain copper conductors, it offers excellent conductivity and durability for free-movement applications where cables are regularly flexed, such as on machinery, production lines, and automated tooling. Its robust LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket is grey in colour and ensures safety in enclosed spaces by minimising toxic fumes and corrosive smoke in the event of a fire.
This cable is rated for 300/500V, making it suitable for a wide range of instrumentation and control equipment. It performs reliably across a broad temperature spectrum, from -30°C to +80°C when fixed, and from -5°C to +70°C when flexed. The construction is also rated for use in dry, moist, and wet rooms, providing versatile installation options for various indoor environments. The specified minimum bend radius is 8 times the overall diameter for fixed installations and 15 times for flexing applications, protecting the internal conductors from damage and ensuring long-term performance.
Key Features & Specifications
