PRO ELEC YY Control Cable LSZH 100m - 1.5mm
PRO ELEC flexible 3-core 1mm² YY control cable with LSZH jacket. 100m reel, 300/500V rating, for instrumentation & machinery.
The PRO ELEC YY Control Cable is a premium, flexible 3-core cable engineered for instrumentation, control equipment, and tooling machinery on production lines. Its Class 5 flexible, plain copper conductors and low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) jacket make it a reliable and safe choice for a variety of demanding industrial and commercial applications.
This cable is specifically designed for installations requiring free movement without tensile load, ensuring consistent performance in dynamic environments. The grey LSZH outer sheath is resistant to flame propagation and emits minimal smoke and toxic fumes in the event of a fire, enhancing safety in enclosed or populated spaces. It is suitable for use in dry, moist, and wet rooms, offering excellent versatility for indoor installations.
Technical Specifications & Features
- Voltage Rating: 300/500V, making it suitable for a wide range of control and signalling circuits.
- Temperature Rating: Robust performance from -40°C to +80°C when fixed, and -5°C to +70°C when flexed.
- Bend Radius: Designed for easy installation with a minimum fixed bend radius of 6x overall diameter and 12x OD when flexed.
- Construction: Features unscreened (YY) construction with three 1mm² plain copper conductors, providing excellent flexibility and conductivity.
Important Application Notes
This cable is not intended for outdoor or underground installation. Its primary use is in fixed installations or flexible applications within controlled environments where its LSZH properties and flexibility are key advantages. The 100-metre reel provides ample length for extensive wiring runs in factories, workshops, and control panels.
Choosing the PRO ELEC YY Control Cable means investing in a product that combines safety, flexibility, and durability for professional electrical installations.
