PRO ELEC CY Control Cable 4 Core LSZH Flexible - 1mm 100m
Flexible 4-core CY control cable with LSZH jacket. Screened for EMI protection, suitable for instrumentation & machinery in dry, moist & wet rooms.
The PRO ELEC CY Control Cable is a screened, flexible 4-core cable designed for the reliable connection and control of instrumentation and industrial equipment. Constructed with Class 5 flexible plain copper conductors and a low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) jacket, it offers excellent performance in a variety of indoor environments, including dry, moist, and wet rooms. Its flexibility makes it ideal for applications on tooling machinery, production lines, and any scenario requiring free movement without a tensile load, ensuring consistent signal integrity and power delivery.
This cable is engineered for durability and safety, with a robust grey LSZH outer sheath that minimises toxic fume emission in the event of a fire. It features a comprehensive voltage rating of 300/500V and a wide operating temperature range, suitable for fixed installations from -30°C to +80°C and flexing applications from -5°C to +70°C. The specified minimum bend radius—8 times the overall diameter for fixed runs and 15 times for flexing—ensures long-term reliability and protects the internal conductors from damage during installation and use.
Key Features & Benefits:
- Screened Design: Provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI), ensuring clean signal transmission for sensitive control equipment.
- LSZH Construction: The jacket material is low smoke and zero halogen, enhancing safety by reducing corrosive gas and smoke production in fire situations.
- Class 5 Flexibility: The finely stranded plain copper conductors allow for easy handling and installation in confined spaces or moving applications.
- Versatile Environmental Suitability: Approved for use in dry, damp, and wet indoor locations, offering installation flexibility across different industrial settings.
- Robust Electrical Specifications: With a 500V voltage rating and a broad temperature tolerance, this cable is built
