Q.Max 20mm Sheet Metal Punch for Clean Hole Cutting

The Q.Max 20mm Sheet Metal Punch offers a quick and efficient solution for cutting clean, precise metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its special design ensures even load distribution during cutting, resulting in burr-free holes that require no additional finishing. This makes it an ideal tool for professionals seeking high-quality results with minimal post-processing.

The punch features heat-treated cutting edges with a black anti-corrosive surface finish, providing durability and rust resistance for long-term use. Each punch is sold individually, and a separate key (8mm hexagonal wrench) must be ordered for operation.

How to Use:

• Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw.
• Pass the hexagonal screw through the hole.
• Position the die on top of the die nut and screw the die nut onto the projecting hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet.
• Use an 8mm hexagonal key to turn the screw, pulling the punch through the metal to create a clean hole.

Note: For cutters 15mm and larger, the configuration differs—these have fewer components, with the thread integrated into the punch, eliminating the need for a die nut.
