Rustins Quick Dry Chalky Finish Paint - Portobello Pink 250ml

The Rustins Quick Dry Chalky Finish Paint is designed to revive and give your furniture a new lease of life. Suitable for use on interior work, it contains wax and dries to a velvety flat matt finish.

Very little preparation is required to achieve the desired look, as it can be painted over most previously coated items. If using over an existing surface, test a small area for compatibility first. This versatile paint can be applied to bare wood, hardboard, MDF, plaster, brickwork, and cement to produce a smooth, flat matt finish. (Note: Not for direct application to metals.) It can also be used as a finish coat over existing wood and metal primers and paints.

For a shabby chic look, apply multiple coats of paint and then lightly sand down small areas using fine sandpaper or steel wool to create a distressed effect.
