For new wood, applying Sadolin Classic as a base coat is recommended—particularly on hardwoods—to enhance durability and finish quality. This woodstain is easy to apply and dries to a beautiful, uniform Heritage Oak colour, preserving the natural texture of the wood while offering enhanced protection.
