The SENSATA/CRYDOM A2450 is a high-performance Series-1 solid-state relay (SSR) designed for heavy industrial applications. Featuring a robust panel-mount housing with anti-rotation barriers, it ensures secure and reliable installation in demanding environments.
This AC output SSR utilises SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) technology, making it ideal for switching heavy industrial loads up to 50A. It offers versatile triggering with both zero crossing (zero turn-on) and instantaneous turn-on output options, providing flexibility for different load types and control requirements.
Constructed with a direct bond copper substrate and a direct power lead frame, the relay ensures excellent thermal performance and electrical conductivity. The design is epoxy-free and meets the UL94V-0 flammability rating, enhancing safety and long-term reliability. It is also EMC compliant to Level 3, ensuring minimal electromagnetic interference in sensitive applications.
Key features include improved SEMS screws with integrated washers for secure wiring connections.
