SUCO 0184 Series Diaphragm Pressure Switch

The SUCO 0184 Series Diaphragm Pressure Switch is a robust and reliable component designed for precise pressure monitoring in demanding environments. Featuring a durable zinc plated steel body, this switch is built to withstand rigorous industrial use while offering excellent corrosion resistance.

Equipped with 4A rated SPDT changeover contacts and a built-in DIN connector, it ensures straightforward electrical integration. The device operates across a broad pressure range from 0.3-1.5bar up to 10-100bar, with an impressive overpressure tolerance of up to 300bar. It also delivers a long service life, rated for 106 operations at 50bar pressure.

To accommodate various media and operating conditions, the diaphragm seals are available in Nitrile, EPDM, and Viton. With an IP65 protection degree, the switch is well-protected against dust and water ingress. It operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -30°C to 100°C, with a maximum switching voltage of 250VAC or 24V DC resistive.

Compact in design, the switch measures 43 mm in height, 33 mm in width, and 15 mm in depth, and weighs just 160 grams, making it ideal for installations where space is limited.
