Timco Broaching Cutter - Long, 32 x 50mm, M2 HSS Steel with TiAlN Coating
Precision Timco broaching cutter with TiAlN coating - 32x50mm, M2 HSS steel construction for magnetic drilling applications.
The Timco Broaching Cutter - Long is designed for precision drilling in heavy gauge non-alloy materials using magnetic drills. Manufactured from high-grade M2 tool steel, this broaching cutter is built for durability and performance in demanding conditions. The Titanium-Aluminium-Nitride (TiAlN) coating enhances its service life by reducing friction by 20% and increasing hardness by 20% compared to standard Titanium Nitride (TiN) coatings.
Key features include:
- Included pilot pin ensures accurate drilling without drifting
- 50mm cutting depth provides extended reach for deeper applications
- M2 High Speed Steel (HSS) construction offers superior wear resistance and heat tolerance
For optimal performance, always use with a pilot rod to prevent drifting. This long version cutter (50mm cutting depth) offers greater versatility for various drilling requirements compared to the short 30mm version, making it essential for professional metalworking tasks.
