Timco Broaching Cutter, M2 HSS, 26mm x 30mm
Timco M2 HSS broaching cutter (26x30mm) with TiAIN coating for reduced friction. Includes pilot pin for precision drilling.
The Timco Broaching Cutter is engineered for precision drilling in heavy-gauge non-alloy materials when used with magnetic drills. Manufactured from high-grade M2 tool steel, this cutter is designed for durability and high performance in demanding applications.
Featuring a Titanium-Aluminium-Nitride (TiAIN) coating, it offers 20% less friction and 20% greater hardness compared to standard Titanium Nitride (TiN) coatings, ensuring a significantly extended service life. For optimal performance, always use the supplied pilot pin to prevent drifting during operation.
Available in two lengths, this short version provides a 30mm cutting depth, while the long version offers 50mm. The M2 High-Speed Steel (HSS) construction delivers exceptional strength, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications.
