High-performance Timco broaching cutter (30x30mm) with TiAIN coating for durable, precise drilling in heavy materials.
The Timco Broaching Cutter Short (30x30mm) is a high-performance cutting tool designed for heavy-duty applications. Manufactured from high-grade M2 tool steel, it is specifically engineered for drilling heavy gauge non-alloy materials when used with magnetic drills. For optimal performance, always use the included pilot rod to prevent drifting during operation.
This broaching cutter features a Titanium-Aluminium-Nitride (TiAIN) coating, which offers significant advantages over traditional coatings. With 20% less friction and 20% greater hardness than Titanium Nitride (TiN), this coating ensures an extended service life, making it a cost-effective choice for professionals.
